Its as easy as scoop, blend, revitalise.

You will need..

  • 100ml Coconut milk
  • 100ml Coconut water
  • 7g of Mitchells bone broth powder (2 heaped scoops)
  • 20g Spinach (hand full)
  • 60g frozen blueberries 
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds

Add ingredients to your blender, blend until mixed, Enjoy.

Perfect for that quick breakfast before rushing out the door.
