Collagen Peptides & Kombucha Bircher Muesli Recipe.

Bircher Muesli
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 cups Kombucha (I flavor mine with Honey. Ginger and Lemon.)
1 Tb Linseed's
1Tb Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Sultanas (optional)
6 scoops of Mitchell's Collagen Peptides

Combine all together, place in a jar or air tight container and
keep in the fridge over night.

Roasted stone Fruit
4 Plums (Don't worry about removing the pips as they come out easier once roasted)
2 Pears
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Rose water
1 Tb Honey

Mix together, place on tray an oven tray and roast about
180 degrees Celsius for 15 mins till golden and soft.

Roasted Nuts
1 Cup Almonds
1 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1/4 cup Pepita's
1Tb Coconut Oil
1Tb Maple Syrup

Roast at the same time as the stone fruits,but keep an eye on them and give
them a toss every couple of minutes till evenly golden and crunchy.
let cool and place in a jar and store in the pantry.

Wa-la now you will have a gut healing, super yummy, quick and easy breakfast ready to go. :)
